Shiral Laktilleke Grilled By TID

Colombo District UNP candidate Shiral Laktilleke is being questioned by the TID since 9.30 am this morning (10th), concerning his support for General Sarath Fonseka during the Presidential Election.

The police have gone to great lengths to question those who extended their support for General Fonseka and those who were closely associated with him. However , most average Sri Lankans question why the same level of intense grilling and questioning is not extended to the powerful ministers and politicians who held open and well known relations with the LTTE.
